Following the government’s review of coronavirus restrictions, which places London in Tier 3, we have decided to close our Fleet Street branch from Wednesday, 16th December until further notice.
As before, all services offered by Cashiers at Fleet Street (paying in, cash withdrawals, foreign currency and safekeeping) can be arranged by request, with cash or currency orders delivered by courier.
Lowndes Street will remain open (Monday-Friday, 10am-3pm) for all Cashiers’ services, with social distancing and all necessary precautions observed for the protection of our customers and our staff. You can, of course, also use your C. Hoare & Co. card to withdraw cash at any Automated Teller Machine (ATM).
Bank staff will continue with remote-working arrangements and all other banking services will be maintained without interruption. Telephones will, as usual, be manned at all times, but do please continue, where possible, to contact us via email as this ensures the fastest response. Additionally, our online banking service and mobile app provide alternative channels for the completion of much of your day-to-day banking.
