Planned maintenance
We occasionally have to schedule planned maintenance work to maintain the quality of our payment services.

The vast majority of maintenance work is done at a time when customers will not be affected. However, in certain instances, some of our services will be made temporarily unavailable during the hours that our customers may want to use them.

We aim to use this webpage to inform customers well in advance of any planned work. Please continue to check here to see if we are planning any maintenance.

Please note that transactions made in online banking or our mobile app between 6.30pm and 7.30pm on Thursday 18th August will be queued and held for processing at 7.30pm. We apologise sincerely for this delay, which is due to unavoidable maintenance work.
