Planned maintenance 

The bank occasionally schedules planned maintenance works to ensure the quality of our services.

The vast majority of maintenance work is done at a time when customers will not be affected. However, in certain circumstances, some services will be temporarily unavailable at times when customers may want to access them.

We aim to use this page to inform customers well in advance of any planned maintenance.  If scheduled works pose particular difficulty for you, please get in touch with your relationship manager who will work to find a solution.

To allow us to carry out maintenance work, payments and transfers entered via online banking and our mobile app after 6pm on Tuesday, 25th March will be queued for processing at 9am on Wednesday, 26th March (or earlier if maintenance is completed ahead of schedule). We apologise sincerely for this delay.
