Following the Financial Conduct Authority’s well publicised guidance on increased overdrafts and ‘payment holidays’ for those affected by COVID-19, we wanted to reassure our customers that C. Hoare & Co. has a wide range of emergency measures in place.
Arrangements, including payment holidays, will be made on an individual basis as we work to provide you with borrowing solutions that meet your needs.

Please note that, for the time being, all letters should be addressed to 37 Fleet Street, London EC4P 4DQ. However, since the Royal Mail is delivering post every other day and the bank is operating a remote switchboard, email is currently the most effective way of contacting the bank. Letters and phone calls will of course be answered, but an email will allow us to respond more quickly.
