Coronavirus Update: government ruling on face coverings
Throughout the coronavirus crisis, C. Hoare & Co.’s priority has been the safety of our customers and staff.
While the Fleet Street office remains closed until further notice, our Lowndes Street branch is open for cashiers’ services with all necessary health precautions in place.
Please note that from Friday 24th July, in line with government regulation, customers are required to wear face coverings when visiting the branch.
A list of exemptions to this ruling can be viewed on the gov.uk website. In all other cases, porters will be unable to admit customers without appropriate face coverings to the banking hall.
We will keep a supply of disposable masks at the branch for customers who do not have their own face coverings and staff will be on hand to help you complete your business in comfort and security.
