The Fore, a seed funder for the non-profit sector, has dedicated its new RAFT (Rapid Action by The Fore and Trusts) Fund to the memory of Richard Q ‘Tigger’ Hoare, OBE, who died on 24th March 2020.
RAFT is making grants of up to £5000 to help well-managed charities and social enterprises weather the COVID-19 crisis and prepare for increased demand on their services once the acute phase of the crisis has passed.
Tigger, a partner of the bank for 49 years, was the inspirational founder of The Fore’s parent charity, The Bulldog Trust.
