Katie joined the bank in March 2015 and has over 15 years’ banking experience.
She began her career at Allen & Overy then moved to Farrer & Co where she helped establish the newly formed banking team.
Katie joined the bank as the General Counsel, taking on the COO role in September 2023. She chairs both the bank's ED&I Committee and its Climate Action Steering Committee.
Katie has two young children and her weekends are spent with friends and family. Her hobbies include running, the theatre and her book club.
