We are pleased to announce the appointment of Richard Keers as an independent non-executive director of the bank.
Richard has more than 35 years’ experience in financial services, and brings extensive experience in accounting, financial management and operations.
From 2013 until 2024, Richard served as the Group CFO and COO at Schroders plc. Prior to joining Schroders, he qualified as a chartered accountant and was a senior audit partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (PwC). He was also a non-executive director of the Lloyd’s of London Franchise Board and chairman of its Audit Committee from 2016 to 2019.
